Jacksonville Life Church - shots for website
What a fun afternoon of shooting!!! One of my best friends, Shane Poston, is the praise and worship leader (and graphic designer) at Jax Life Church. He asked if I would snap some photos of the staff for their new website. http://www.jaxlifechurch.com/ . The new website was designed by one of our friend's, Paul. If you're looking to have a new website made, he's amazing at his craft. Email me, and I'll send you his info.
Pastor Steve and his wife, Tami.
Shane - Music and Media
Stephanie - Executive Assistant to pastor and Life Groups

Jennifer and Patrick are married! 3/14/09
Above is a picture of the bouquet of flowers Patrick had sent to Jen on their wedding day. It was accompanied by a very sweet note of course :) Also is a shot of Jen's grandmother holding Jen's rings.
These girls were FUN and up for anything!
Jen is a beautiful bride. Such a sweetheart! :)
These guys were hillarious. Every other sentence was someone asking me what kind of camera I shoot with and what settings I had selected for the shots (as they admitted they had no idea about any of it!)
I think it's obvious from these pictures how happy these two are. Patrick spilled some of his sand. He blurted out, "woops, my love spilled over!"

Brooke and Jared are married! March 7, 2009
Their Vendors and feedback:
Ceremony Location: Eagle Landing Golf Club (front lawn)
Reception Location: Eagle Landing Golf Club- great staff and service!
Transportation: Susie’s Limos- great price
Flowers: Publix- Aprons Event Service- great flowers at a great price!
Gown: Davids Bridal- great dress- terrible service and alterations!
Bridesmaids Dresses: Girls picked and bought their own dresses from various stores
Tuxes: Mens Warehouse
Hair: Chimney Lakes Hair Salon- very nice, they worked us in last minute!
Makeup: did my own
Caterer: Eagle Landing Golf Club- everyone raved about the food! It was so good!
Cake: Eagle Landing Golf Club- was ok but the specifications were not followed.
Officiator: David Tagliaferri (River City Weddings)- great guy and made the vow selection simple!
Coordinator: part of DJ service
DJ: Masterpiece- one DJ and a coordinator for the day
Photography: Tonya Beaver - awesome pictures!
Videography: none
Rentals: Kirby Rentals- (for tables and tablecloths) great prices and selection!
Jax party rentals for the ceremony chairs- we asked for white garden chairs and got plain old white folding chairs. The one thing I didn’t check up on beforehand!
What were your favors for guests? Personalized cigars, personalized matches, personalized margarita drink mixes, chocolate chip cookies, personalized bubbles, (for getaway) and personalized napkins
Honeymoon: Vancouver , Canada What was your high point What if anything would you change about the day? The cake service! They were supposed to serve all the cake and let guests choose which flavor. Instead it was just a mess and two whole layers went unserved. What a waste! What advice could you give to future brides? Get a wedding planner! I wish I would have paid the extra money for one. It was so hard doing everything on our own.

Marcie and James are Married!
Sawgrass Marriott
My assistant, Ginger took this picture of the cake. I love her eye for photos. She sees things from different angles and heights and gets those creative shots.
Indoor Skydiving!
I took a day off and headed to Orlando last week. A friend of a friend is the manager of Skyventure, Orlando's Skydiving tunnel so we went for it. I was terrified! The instructor had to pull me out into the tunnel, but it was SO much fun. Obviously it's not as exciting as the real thing, but it's still pretty intense. If you're down in Orlando, get on it! :-)
