Carrie and Adam are engaged!

Carrie and Adam are getting married on New Years day at Casa Marina. These two are so much fun and were up for anything. I love it!  Engagement sessions typically end up at 200 perfect photos (no blinks, etc) so it's really hard for me to just choose a few for the blog!

Michelle's Bridal Session

I have a love/hate relationship with bridal sessions.  I'm always so excited to show the beautiful photos of my beautiful brides...but have to wait until after the wedding!  I'll be posting Michelle's at the end of November so it's not too far off.  So, if you can picture these shots...but with a gorgeous bride and amazing dress standing in front of these scenes... 

Ethan's Baptism Announcement

The Monk's wanted to do something a little special to announce Ethan's baptism.  We took some pictures of Ethan a few weeks back so we used some of our favorites and Momma Monk chose a scripture and text.

Baby Jayden's announcement

Congrats Jiles Fam on your new addition!  Mom and Dad Jiles wanted to send thank you cards for their baby shower and birth announements all in the same card.  So we put a little montage together on the front and left the back blank so they could write a personal note to each person.

Michelle's Boudoir Shoot

Michelle is a newlywed of only a few weeks. Her husband is being deployed very soon, so she wanted to send him off with a book just for him. Here is a SMALL sample...

PS- I've always said that I recommend every woman to do a shoot like this at some point in life.  It's a great gift for a husband, but it's also great for a woman to see just how sexy she really is.  We girls are so hard on ourselves, and this type of shoot lets you really see yourself in a different light.

Welcome to the world Baby Jayden!

Tricshone and Dion are one of my couples from several years ago.  I was absolutely thrilled when Tricshone called to schedule her pregnancy photos!  It's such an honor and blessing to watch my couples through engagement, wedding day, pregnancy, and babies!  I met them at the hospital a few days after his birth to snap a few photos.  He was not too happy with us for disturbing him, but we still managed to get some adorable photos of baby Jayden.  Congrats Jiles' Fam, and welcome to the world Baby Jayden.

My BLOG has issues!!!

Okay so I switched from Typepad to Blogger last week. Once everything was converted and working properly, I cancelled my old typepad account. Well, when I did that, ALL my pictures disappeared from my blog!!!! After a slight meltdown I started to reload them...but it's going to take quite some time to reload 2 years worth of photos. So if you scroll through a few pages and don't see photos, that's what's up.

Mallory and Bo's Wedding sneak peek Slideshow

This was the first official wedding for the Mansion in Hilliard which is owned by the bride's family.  It's such a beautiful location, and has a TON of places for photos.  It rained on us about 4 different times this day, but luckily there were several covered areas that were just as beautiful for photos.  Mallory and Bo are so sweet and so in love...and this day was just amazing.  Everyone had such a great time.  Congrats you two...and may he always move you like the first dance :)

Stephanie won a gift certificate I donated to Sisters of the Sea (http://www.sistersofthesea.org/). We just hung out at the beach with her 2 babies and had some fun girl time.

I let my brides choose if they want to do studio or location shoots. We did these quite a while back, but obviously I couldn't post them until after her wedding day. Finally she and Bo were married yesterday (I'll be posting a sneak peak of their wedding photos within a few days)...so here are just a few of her pictures from the bridal shoot.

Ethan's baby shoot

I met Cibelle and David many years ago when a wedding company I was working for shot their wedding.  It was really neat to hear from them years down the road and see how their family had grown.  Ethan was born three months ago, and he's such a cutie pie.  For family stuff, especially babies, I really prefer to go to their home.  I want to capture the interaction between mom, dad, and baby; and I love having all their personal things around...his blankets, nursery, etc.  They'll outgrow this house soon so it will be nice to look back at these photos and remember their first home together and Ethan's first home. 

Brynna is FOUR!!!

First of all, where does the time go?  And I would like to add that I don't feel a day older than when she was born :-) .  For Brynna's birthday (Brynna is my niece...I have 1 niece and 3 nephews...), we all went to Disney where she was able to visit the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for her princess makeover.  She LOVES anything princess related so this truly was a dream come true for her.

Michelle and Kenneth are married!

Michelle and I really hit it off from the first time we met.  She's such a super sweet girl and found an amazing man to share her life with.  Oh, and she is a Die Hard Florida GATOR!!!  In fact, during the reception, people would randomly announce the score of the Florida/Kentucky game (which is pretty standard among Southern, Saturday weddings).  But, when it was announced that Tebow had just been hurt, the entire reception stopped and there was a hush in the room.  I am not kidding!  But outside of the Tebow incident, the day couldn't have not been more perfect.  Congrats you two!!!! xoxoxoxo
